30-Day Returns We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What Can Be Returned:

• Unworn jewelry in original condition with all tags attached
• Items in original packaging with protective materials intact
• Products that haven't been resized, engraved, or customized

What Cannot Be Returned:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or engraved items
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked as final sale
• Jewelry showing signs of wear or damage

How to Return:

3. Pack items securely in original packaging

Refunds:
