30-Day Returns We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What Can Be Returned:
- Unworn jewelry in original condition with all tags attached
- Items in original packaging with protective materials intact
- Products that haven't been resized, engraved, or customized
What Cannot Be Returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or engraved items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Jewelry showing signs of wear or damage
How to Return:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email]
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and return address
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method of your choice
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
